Common Questions

Do I need to book ahead?
Walk-ins are welcome when available, but booking ahead is the best way to reserve your private room. Our sessions are scheduled so each room can be refreshed between guests.
What should I know before my first visit?
Plan to arrive a few minutes early so we can check you in, complete any needed waivers, and walk you through your room. We provide towels, and your session begins at the start of your booked time.
Do you have showers?
No, we do not have showers. We recommend wearing or bringing loose, breathable clothing for after your session so you can transition comfortably back into your day.
Can I bring a guest?
Yes. Our sauna rooms can be booked for one or two people. Members receive the added perk of bringing one guest for free to each session, as long as the member is present for the appointment.

For non-member bookings, or if a guest is joining outside of a membership visit, each guest will need to pay for their own session. To make check-in easier, we recommend that all guests create a profile and complete their waiver before arriving.

Our booking system does not allow us to book or charge two separate guests for the same room at the same time. To avoid issues during booking, please make sure to purchase a 2-person session credit and book a 2-person appointment in advance.
Cancellation Policy | What if I need to reschdule?
You may cancel or reschedule up to 12 hours before your session through your online account. If you need to adjust your appointment within 12 hours, please give us a call so we can assist.

Cancellation Policy:
Late cancellations
made within 4 hours of your appointment will result in the loss of the service credit used to book the session.
No‑shows also forfeit the service credit. Our rooms are private and have limited availability during peak times, and this policy helps keep scheduling fair for all guests.
