Infrared Sauna
What is an infrared sauna?
Infrared sauna uses full spectrum infrared light to heat the body directly, rather than only heating the air around you. This creates a deep, steady heat that supports a productive sweat, relaxation, circulation, and recovery.
How hot is the sauna?
Our infrared saunas typically average between 130 and 160 degrees during your session. Infrared heat feels different than a traditional sauna because it warms the body directly while allowing many guests to stay in longer and more comfortably.
How long should I stay in the sauna?
Most guests sauna for 25 to 40 minutes during a 50 minute room booking. The key is to listen to your body, take breaks when needed, and stay hydrated.
Is infrared sauna different from a gym sauna?
Yes. A traditional sauna mainly heats the air around you. Infrared sauna uses infrared wavelengths to warm the body more directly. Many guests find this creates a deeper, more comfortable sweat at lower air temperatures than a traditional sauna.
Contrast Therapy & Cold Plunge
What is contrast therapy?
Contrast therapy combines infrared sauna and cold plunge in one private room. You move between heat and cold at your own pace to support circulation, recovery, energy, and a full body reset.
How long is a contrast therapy session?
Contrast therapy sessions are 60 minutes.
How long should I stay in the cold plunge?
If you are new to cold plunge, aim for 2 to 3 minutes to start. With steady practice, many guests become more comfortable and can slowly increase their time.
How many rounds should I do?
Most guests complete 1 to 2 rounds during a contrast therapy session. You can adjust based on how you feel that day.
What to Wear & Bring
What should I wear?
Swimsuits are a great option, especially for contrast therapy. Lightweight, breathable shorts and a t-shirt also work well for sauna sessions. Many people choose to just wear the towel we provide as well.

A swimsuit is required for the cold plunge.
Should I avoid lotions or makeup?
For best results, arrive with clean skin, free of makeup, lotions, oils, or sunless tanner. This helps your body sweat more efficiently and keeps the sauna clean for every guest.
Do you provide towels?
Yes. Towels are provided for your session.
Do you have showers?
No, we do not have showers. We provide towels and recommend wearing comfortable clothing that is easy to change back into after your session.
